YODM is a debate card game published by Our Rose LLC, a limited liability company based in Brooklyn, New York. On this page, "we," "us," and "YODM" mean Our Rose LLC.

These terms apply to yodm.com and to anything you buy from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Payment is handled by Stripe, our payment processor. Your card details go directly to Stripe — they never touch our servers and we never see or store your card number.

Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a completed sale. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, if there's a pricing or description error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we refund it in full.

All prices are in US dollars. Physical orders are charged a flat $5.00 shipping and handling fee at checkout, shown to you before you pay.

Discount codes, including newsletter welcome codes, are limited to one per order unless we say otherwise, and we can change or end a promotion at any time before you use it.

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. Orders are packed within 1 to 2 business days, and delivery usually takes another 3 to 7 business days within the US.

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Once a package is handed to the carrier, transit time is out of our hands.

For international orders, any customs duties or import taxes are the customer's responsibility.

If you're not satisfied with a physical YODM order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. Returned games should be in resalable condition, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

To start a return, email hello@yodm.com with your order number. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of us receiving the return.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll replace it or refund it in full — no return shipping needed.

You may browse yodm.com, read the free question lists, and play the online demo for your own personal and non-commercial use.

Please don't scrape the site, resell our card content, use it to train a machine-learning model, or run automated tools against it. Don't try to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to any part of the site.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time.

The YODM name, logo, card designs, question text, artwork, and site copy are owned by Our Rose LLC and protected by copyright and trademark law.

The free question lists on this site are here to be read, shared with friends, and played at your table. You're welcome to link to them. You may not republish them in bulk, package them into a competing product, or present them as your own.

YODM is a debate game for adults. The cards deliberately raise provocative, political, and occasionally uncomfortable topics — that's the point of the game.

A question on a card is a prompt for argument, not a statement of our views, advice of any kind, or an endorsement of any position. The game is intended for players 17 and older. Use judgment about who's at the table.

The site and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We don't promise the site will always be available or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the site or a purchase is limited to the amount you actually paid us for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Nothing here limits any right you have under consumer protection law that can't be waived.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Kings County, New York.

We may update these terms as the business changes. The date at the bottom of this page always shows the current version, and the terms in effect when you placed your order are the ones that apply to it.
