Shipping & Returns

Orders are processed and packed within 1 to 2 business days. Once your order ships, delivery within the United States typically takes another 3 to 7 business days.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

We currently ship within the United States. If you are outside the US and would like to order, contact us and we will let you know what is possible.

As soon as your order leaves us, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow it to your door.

If you need to change or cancel an order, email hello@yodm.com within 24 hours of purchase and we will do our best to catch it before it ships.

We stand behind the game. If you are not satisfied with your physical YODM order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price.

Returned games should be in resalable condition. To start a return, email hello@yodm.com with your order number and we will send return instructions. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of us receiving the return.

If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will make it right with a replacement or a full refund — no return shipping required.
